For over twenty years, I’ve been a trusted presence inside rooms where vision, power, and pressure converge. I am an executive coach, strategic advisor, and facilitator for executive teams, founders, and leaders navigating growth, succession, reinvention, and the invisible thresholds that mark real change.
My work began at the center of one of the most influential culture-first companies in the world, helping to build the leadership, learning, and development infrastructure from the ground up. Since then, I’ve coached and advised leaders in leading global companies across vertical retail, healthcare, philanthropy, and hospitality — including lululemon, Baptiste Institute, Arc'teryx, FIGS, and Wilson.

My coaching is grounded in vision, revealing what fulfills a person at their core and becoming the organizing force for their leadership, choices, and direction. We use language, attention, action, and accountability to build alignment between who they are and how they lead.
